Letter from the President
There are three kinds of people in this world:

1. People that see an abandoned animal in need and do nothing to help it.

2.People that see an abandoned animal in need and rescue and care for it.

3.People that see an abandoned animal in need, rescue and care for it, and say, "how can I make sure there are no more abandoned animals in need, and what can I do to change things so this never happens again."
I started Animal Rescue and Care Network, Inc. because I could no longer turn my back on the homeless animals I saw abandoned and neglected. ARCN made the decision to rise up and make a difference for the silent members of our society that cannot help themselves.
We now trap and fix up to 100 cats a year, feed over 600 cats a week, care for over 30 special needs cats in our sanctuary, and adopt over 80 cats into loving homes, annually. We feel that every animal we rescue deserves a chance in life and a loving, forever home. We proudly support the No More Homeless Pets and No-Kill Movement.
We have a wonderful network of volunteers who share a common thread that a person's true wealth is the strength they find within themselves to do good deeds.
Most importantly, we realize that our efforts on behalf of the animals would not be possible without you. Your donations allow us to continue to run our programs and services. We thank you, the members of our wonderful community, for your support and concern for the animals we all love.
