Kacey Zobac is nine years old and a 3rd grader at Valley Christian Elementary School. She had a "$10.00 to Help Others Individual Project.”

The question was if the kids have ever wondered if just one person could really make a difference and become an everyday hero, they were to come up with an act of kindness without the expectation of payback. They were each given $10.00 and decided what to do with the money to help someone. Kacey decided to take the $10.00, make cookies, and sell them to earn a little more money. She raised $26.00 and donated the money to ARCN! Kacey, you are a hero and we are so proud of you!

Animal Rescue and Care Network, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless kittens and cats. Our shelter is always at full capacity. If you adopt from us, you will not only be giving our rescues a wonderful, forever-home, but you will also be opening up a space so we can take in more animals and give them a safe place to stay.
