SHAME on Gilroy, CA for not having an animal shelter to protect homeless animals!

Gilroy, CA is one of the very FEW cities in the State of California to show NO CONCERN and NO CONSIDERATION for animals.

SHAME on the lack of Animal Control services and lack of consideration and punishment for people who are trying to make a difference.
