Kitty: Freeway*

Freeway is on the all time, top three "most amazing rescues" list. We were driving down the highway at midnight after setting traps for the evening when we saw a little kitten in the middle of median! Sheer panic! Please don't cross the highway, kitty! We quickly pulled over and tried to rescue him. He ran from us which made us panic even more! We drove back to our traps, picked one up, set it up in the middle of the highway and trapped the cat in five minutes! Talk about our prayers being answered. This cat is very lucky to be alive...and even luckier to find Kristen and her husband. They adopted Freeway and promised he would never live on the streets (literally) again.
